Refund, Cancellation policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with the item(s) ordered please return it to us within fourteen (14) days from receipt in its original condition and suitable packaging.  We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund for returned items. PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item(s) if sent back in original unused condition. We will not accept any items that smell of smoke or items that are damaged, marked or stained or dirty.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend you return items via registered mail so you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover the item for damage or loss especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered by contacting us on +44 (0)131 5568918 or by writing to boutique@jessicabuckley.co.uk. If the ordered products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us you may return them within fourteen (14) days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item(s) if sent back in original unused condition. Your right to cancel and return goods for a refund does not apply to the following: “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.
