Dispatch & delivery time frames

Goods in stock will normally be dispatched within 1-2 days of order placement (Next Day deliveries will be dispatched same day subject to orders being placed before 12 noon). Goods will normally be delivered within 3-5 days of dispatch depending on your location with the UK. Any delivery timescales quoted here are indicative only. Next Day delivery is guaranteed by the postal service. Jessica Buckley Interiors does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed deliveries. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries. Please kindly note all deliveries will require a signature.

If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the indicated timeframe we will contact you to notify you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that the shipping address you supply is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Loss & damages

To minimize the possibility of breakages during transit fragile items will be carefully packaged with paper, bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy cardboard box. All of this packaging is recyclable.

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. You must notify us immediately upon receipt if the goods are damaged. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty items & replacement items

If there is a problem with the goods please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem and photos of the fault wherever possible.

We shall notify you whether the good are required to be returned for inspection. You are responsible for the disposal of faulty goods that are not required to be returned to us.

The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however following inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked and verified as being faulty. If a replacement item is not available we will offer you an alternative. Due to the nature of the goods we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
